Dr. Brent’s Healthy Eyes Salad

Fill a large bowl with spinach and other dark leafy greens. Pour the following on top of the greens:
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup blue cheese
sprinkle w/ lots of sliced almonds and serve with your favorite salad dressing.
